How long will my order take?
Orders arrive within 3–7 days. You will get a confirmation email as soon as yours is on its way.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order over €75.
What is it made of?
Every piece is stainless steel, finished with 18K gold plating on our gold pieces and silver plating on our silver.
Will it fade or tarnish?
Stainless steel will not rust or tarnish. The plating is a surface finish, so like all plated jewelry it wears over time — keeping it dry and away from perfume, lotion and chlorine is what makes it last.
Can I shower or swim in it?
We would rather you did not. Water, and chlorine or salt water especially, shortens the life of any plated finish. Take it off before showering, swimming or the gym and it will hold its colour far longer.
How should I look after it?
Put it on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing and store it somewhere dry, apart from other pieces so it does not scratch. Avoid jewelry dips and abrasive polishes — they strip plating.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Stainless steel is a common choice for everyday jewelry and is generally well tolerated. If you have a known nickel allergy, get in touch before ordering.
